SMS Consent for Westside Auto

Westside Auto communicates with customers by text message for customer care and delivery notification purposes. These messages may include appointment reminders, repair updates, digital inspection links, estimate follow-up, and vehicle pickup notifications.

Westside Auto only sends SMS messages to customers who have provided consent. Consent is recorded in the customer service record.
